Training ground
The training ground of the host club SV Pachern is located directly opposite the hotel and offers a very good natural grass pitch and an artificial turf pitch (Fifa 2 star certified), both equipped with floodlights. Mobile goals are available in all sizes. There is also a sports hall with parquet flooring in the immediate vicinity. In the winter months, training takes place on artificial turf, in the summer months primarily on the natural grass pitch.

Hotel
The beautiful design hotel was opened in 2006 and is regularly renovated and adapted, with the entire 4th floor most recently being renovated in 2021. It offers a cozy reception area with a café, a bar, an adjoining restaurant "Don Camillo", a beautiful roof terrace and a service point with a launderette with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers as well as drinks and snack vending machines. Breakfast is served directly in the hotel, lunch and dinner in the "Don Camillo" restaurant, which is directly connected to the hotel. For meetings, either a small meeting room in the hotel (only for approx. 12 people) can be used for an extra charge or the perfect facilities of SV Pachern at the sports ground can be used (canteen/VIP area on 2 floors). SV Pachern is also happy to provide catering and drinks for meetings and/or cozy team evenings. Car parking spaces are located directly at the hotel, a bus can be parked behind the training grounds.
Rooms
The hotel has a total of 66 rooms and 4 apartments on 4 floors, including business rooms, superior rooms and apartments. Two rooms are wheelchair accessible. Our teams are accommodated as standard in the business rooms, which are all modern, comfortable and brightly furnished and have parquet flooring, a balcony, air conditioning, soundproofing, a refrigerator, walk-in closet, broadband Internet connection, flat-screen TV and a large desk. Single, double and triple rooms (with an extra bed, larger room category) are available.

Directly opposite the hotel is a very well-equipped fitness center with TechnoGym equipment.
Wellness
There is also an indoor swimming pool directly opposite, which also has a sauna and steam bath. Discounted tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception.

Hart is a beautiful suburb of Graz, the city center is about nine kilometers away. The hotel is centrally located in the village, directly opposite the sports center of SV Pachern. Graz Airport is only 11 kilometers away.

Graz is known throughout Austria as a student city, which is why there are countless bars in the city center - there is always something going on here.
Supporting program
The Styrian capital of Graz is only a 16-minute drive away. Here we can organize guided city tours, a convertible bus sightseeing tour, pleasure tours and much more. We also recommend the Hotel-Restaurant Römerstube in Graz, which has its own bowling alley.
Sports facilities
Opposite the hotel there is a leisure center with indoor swimming pool, sauna, modern fitness center and therapy center with physiotherapy practice (massages can be arranged here), an ice skating rink (skating hall) and a beach volleyball court. There is also a beautiful tennis facility in the vicinity, a golf training center with driving range and the possibility of footgolf & disc golf, a facility for farmers golf and a beautiful running track.
Team building
There is a very large paintball facility within walking distance of the hotel (approx. 550 metres) & a golf training center with driving range, footgolf & disc golf around 2.4 kilometers away. We are also happy to organize bike tours, high ropes courses, farmers' golf, a bowling alley in Graz, hikes and much more in the surrounding area. Please just let us know.
