Our most popular Tyrolean summer destination is in a dream location directly in front of the Zugspitze massif. It impresses with a training ground within walking distance as well as perfect sports conditions in the hotel and in the immediate vicinity: pool, sauna facilities, a top-equipped gym and much more. The numerous team building offers round off the perfect overall picture. It's definitely worth being quick!
Training
Training takes place on a good natural grass pitch (95 x 65 meters) only around 800 meters from the hotel, which is also accessible via a footpath. Movable goals are available on the pitch. There is an equipment room on the pitch for your own equipment. If this pitch is not available, training takes place on a very good natural grass pitch (98 x 60 meters) in Ehrwald (around four kilometers or five minutes away by car).

Hotel
The design hotel has 83 rooms and a total of 290 beds, a beautiful bar, three seminar rooms, a pool, a fitness and wellness area, a cinema room, a fun and chill-out area (with darts, table football, table tennis, billiards, gaming zone with Playstation, many board games), its own climbing wall and a disco. Free WLAN Internet is available throughout the hotel. In addition, games consoles are available for free use in the hotel's common areas. The mild climate in summer ensures perfect conditions.
Rooms
There are a total of 21 single and double rooms and 62 triple and quadruple rooms. The beautiful rooms are all equipped with shower/WC, flat screen, hairdryer, WLAN Internet access, plenty of storage space and are accessible via the gateways (ramps), which ensures easy transport of sports equipment and gear. Each room has a separate anteroom for storing and drying sports equipment and gear. Accommodation for football teams is preferably in large and spacious triple and quadruple rooms.
Fitness facilities
The hotel has a large fitness area with a panoramic view on the top floor, which is equipped with modern TechnoGym machines.
Wellness
Various saunas are available for regeneration on the top floor, including a Finnish sauna, a soft sauna made entirely of Swiss stone pine, a large panoramic sauna with sensational views and an infrared cabin. An indoor pool is available on the first floor, which can be opened up to the adjoining sunbathing area in summer.

Biberwier, known in summer as a leisure paradise for mountain bikers, mountaineers, hikers and extreme sports enthusiasts, now also offers footballers ideal conditions for training camps.
Activities
Beach/swimming
There are three wonderful bathing lakes within a radius of 15 kilometers. There is an outdoor pool in neighboring Lermoos and an indoor pool in Ehrwald.
Sports facilities
Mountain biking, beautiful hiking and running trails, mountaineering and climbing, golf course, paragliding, sailing and surfing on Lake Heiterwanger See, tennis, fitness room and climbing wall in the hotel.
Team building
Summer tobogganing (directly at the hotel), rafting and canyoning in the Imst gorge, canyoning in Ehrwald and Reutte, mountain scootering, mountain boarding, climbing garden, rafting, etc. Area 47 can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.
