Diese Destination besticht durch die kurzen Wege. Direkt bei der Unterkunft befindet sich der Kunstrasenplatz, welcher sich in hervorragendem Zustand befindet. Das Stadtzentrum von Znaim ist ebenfalls nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Hier stehen zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten (zum Beispiel Bowling) zur Auswahl. Somit ist auch genügend Programm für die trainingsfreie Zeit geboten.

The training ground is located right next to the hotel and is a modern and well-maintained artificial turf pitch (100 x 65 meters).

Hotel
The hotel is stylishly and rustically furnished, and the in-house pizzeria offers delicious pizzas and specialties for hearty meals.
Rooms
The pizzeria has a total of 47 beds in double, triple and four-bed rooms as well as an apartment for 5 people.
Wellness
The wellness area can be used in the Pension zu den drei Eschen, 200 meters away. The Finnish sauna and steam bath offer the opportunity to relax after a strenuous training session or game.

The hotel is located near Znojmo, in the south of the Czech Republic. Surrounded by idyllic vineyards, the accommodation offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and sporting activities. The central location makes it easy to explore the South Moravia region, especially for Austrian teams.
How to get there
The accommodation can be reached as follows: Teams from Vienna and Lower Austria arrive via the A22 and B303 in around one and a half hours. From Bavaria, the journey is via the A3 and E55, taking around three to four hours. Teams from Styria and Upper Austria use the A2 or A1 and then the B303 towards Znojmo.

Other information
Wichtig:
Beim Check-In muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 5.000 Kronen (200,-- €) bei bis zu 20 Personen bzw. 10.000 Kronen (400,-- €) ab 21 Personen hinterlegt werden. Die Kaution ist in bar an der Rezeption zu hinterlegen und wird bei Einhaltung der Hausordnung bei der Abreise vollständig zurückerstattet.
Besonders wichtige Auszüge aus der Hausordnung:
-das Mitbringen oder der Verzehr eigener alkoholischer Getränke in den Räumlichkeiten des Hotels und des Restaurants sind verboten
-das Rauchen in allen Räumlichkeiten des Hotels und des Restaurants ist nicht gestattet
