Training

Training takes place on the SV Oberharmersbach artificial turf field, which is about a five-minute drive from the hotel. A key to the building next to the field will be left there for the teams so they can store their training equipment there.

The Grüner Hof is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, about five kilometers from the center of Zell am Harmersbach. Zell am Harmersbach is located in the central Black Forest in the Ortenau district, nestled in the Harmersbach Valley and not far from the Kinzig Valley. The nearest major city is Offenburg, about 25 kilometers away. The B33 provides good access to the A5 toward Karlsruhe, Freiburg, and Basel; the A81 is also accessible via the Black Forest.

For a relaxing evening, teams can start by enjoying the dining options and the four bowling alleys at the Grüner Hof. Additional restaurants and smaller bars can be found in the center of Zell am Harmersbach. Those looking for more variety can, for example, head to Offenburg for the evening.

There are numerous excursion options in the Black Forest around Zell am Harmersbach. Possible options include a visit to the Triberg Waterfalls, the Vogtsbauernhöfe in Gutach, or a trip to Freiburg or Strasbourg. The historic old town of Zell, with its Storchenturm, is also a great option for a short stop.

Team Building

Four standard bowling lanes are available right at the hotel for a team night out. Alternatively, Europa-Park in Rust is only about a 50-minute drive away and is particularly well-suited as a destination for youth teams.
