How exactly do we have to specify the number of participants when booking?
Of course, we know from experience that for most teams, the exact number of participants is not yet known at the time of booking (summer/autumn of the previous year). We only need an approximate number at the time of booking, which will then be finalized about six weeks before the booking. After that, we will of course try to include any new additions in the booking or arrange cancellations in the most customer-friendly way possible.
