Lake Garda, training camps, and the Poiano Apartments are a perfect match. Teams benefit from well-established routines at the accommodations and excellent facilities. You’ll find outstanding natural and artificial turf fields in the vicinity of the hotel, which perfectly round out the overall package in combination with the apartments. 

For training sessions, our teams have access to the artificial turf field in Bardolino, the natural grass field in Costermano, and the natural grass field in Calmasino. Alternatively, in case of bad weather, the teams can also use the artificial turf field in Costermano. The drive to each of these fields takes about twelve to fifteen minutes by car.

The Poiano Apartments impress with their elegant, Mediterranean style and a spacious complex that combines traditional Italian charm with modern comforts. Our teams have access to comfortable apartments that accommodate one to six people. The spacious shared rooms are particularly well-suited for football teams. In addition to the perfect training conditions, our teams benefit from numerous other amenities: The padel courts can be used free of charge until nightfall (a fee applies for use of the floodlights), and the fitness room as well as a meeting room for up to forty people are also available at no cost. Golf enthusiasts can play on the course for a fee, provided they have the appropriate license. The driving range can be used even without a license. The wellness area will be open starting March 18, 2027, and can be used for an additional fee.

Beach/Swimming

Lake Garda offers a unique setting for group activities even outside the swimming season. Walks along the promenade or a special ice bath experience provide variety and relaxation after training sessions.

Nightlife

Garda offers numerous restaurants and bars for a cozy team night out. True night owls will especially find what they’re looking for in Verona.

Recreational Activities

Various theme parks, such as Gardaland, the Sea Life Aquarium, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark, and Terme Colà di Lazise, are all within easy reach of the hotel. We’ve negotiated special rates for Gardaland and the Sea Life Aquarium—feel free to ask us for more details. There’s also a bowling center and a go-kart track in the area. A visit to a league game—for example, one featuring Hellas Verona—is always an absolute highlight. We’d be happy to arrange tickets for you. 

Recovery

After intense training sessions, there are numerous options for recovery. Use of the fitness area is included, while the wellness area—featuring an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room—will be available for an additional fee starting March 18, 2027.

Sports Facilities

The padel courts can be used free of charge until dusk; a fee applies for use under floodlights after dark. You can bring your own equipment or rent it on-site for an additional fee. In addition, a large fitness area is available for individual workouts. Golf is available for a fee and requires a valid license; the driving range may be used without a license. Clubs and balls can be rented on-site for a fee.

Team Building

A fast-paced go-kart race at the indoor go-kart track in Affi, just under a 20-minute drive from the hotel, is an excellent team-building activity.
