Training takes place on the very modern and well-maintained artificial turf (98x64m) at Aktiv Park Güssing, which is around 2.5km from the hotel and can be reached in around 5 minutes by car.

Hotel
Built in 2009, Hotel Der Freiraum in Güssing in sunny Burgenland has 40 rooms, a seminar room, as well as its own restaurant area and a lovingly landscaped garden. A fireplace offers a great opportunity to get together. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel. The hotel was newly renovated in 2018.
Rooms
Each of the 40 rooms has a shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, WLAN and air conditioning. The rooms can be used for single or double occupancy and two of them are considerably larger and can be used by a masseur, for example.
Wellness
The hotel itself does not have its own wellness area, but the hotel does offer a beauty spa, which includes various beauty treatments, foot care and various massages and can be booked individually on site for an additional charge.

The municipality of Güssing, with around 2,600 inhabitants, is located just under 60 minutes east of Graz. The Freiraum hotel is on the northern outskirts of the municipality.
How to get there
It takes about 2 hours to get to Güssing from Vienna, about an hour from Graz, just under 4 hours from Salzburg and just over 2 hours from Klagenfurt.

The surrounding nature in particular offers opportunities for activities on site. Whether hiking, jogging or cycling, there is something for everyone. The hotel offers bike hire. A trip to the historic Güssing Castle is also well worth a visit.
Team building
There is a fire pit in the hotel's beautiful garden, which can be used for team evenings. A barbecue grill is provided by the hotel if required. There is also the option of an outdoor escape game, which involves a scavenger hunt through the town.
