The JUFA Hotel Montafon in Vorarlberg is a group-friendly hotel with its own small sports hall, a climbing and bouldering area and a sauna. For football teams, the hotel offers access to a nearby training center with two natural grass pitches (105 x 65 m and 96 x 62 m), an artificial pitch (105 x 68 m) and two other training pitches (68 x 30 m and 60 x 30 m), all equipped with floodlights. The facility also includes cabins with sanitary facilities, a sports café and a covered grandstand with 250 seats.

My personal tip for you
Aktivpark Montafon has established itself as a top destination for training camps for many years. For example, the Spanish national team has already held its training camp at this sports facility twice. The excellent grass pitches and the artificial turf pitch in combination with the high quality accommodation in the guest house also offer the best conditions for junior and amateur teams at a reasonable price-performance ratio.

Training
Around three kilometers away is the outstanding training center with two excellent natural grass pitches (105 x 65 meters and 96 x 62 meters), a state-of-the-art artificial turf pitch (105 x 68 meters) and two training pitches with good natural grass (68 x 30 meters and 60 x 30 meters). All pitches are equipped with floodlights. The facility includes cabins with sanitary facilities, a sports café, as well as a covered grandstand with 250 seats and 100 standing places and an additional 2,000 standing places in the outdoor area. Also around two kilometers away are the Vandans pitches (100 x 68 meters and 98 x 68 meters), also in very good condition, equipped with floodlights, cabins with sanitary facilities, sports café and WC facilities. The layout of the training pitches and times will be announced in advance.
Hotel
The house has a total of 190 beds, a bouldering wall, a climbing area (can only be used with a valid climbing pass; alternatively, climbing guides are available for a fee), small sports hall, play area with table tennis, dart board and table soccer (some for a fee), virtual skiing, 2 multimedia rooms, show and teaching kitchen, a sauna, ski storage, bus parking, Internet corner, WLAN, dining rooms with Montafoner Stube and café with sun terrace. It is disabled-friendly. In addition, the so-called "Miar gots körig" center with Lichtgaudi (obstacle course) and Montafoner Fünfkampfgaudi is located directly at the house.
The rooms are all equipped with shower and WC as well as television and can be extended into apartments through connecting doors.

Newly opened in 2009, the guest house is located at 720 meters above sea level in the middle of the beautiful mountain world of the Vorarlberg Montafon Alpine valley and at the foot of the local mountain Golm in the village of Bartholomäberg.

Training was ok so far - couldn't always get to all the pitches, distance to hotel soccer pitches about 5 minutes by bus, training ground was fine. Unfortunately, at this time everything was more or less closed (mid-season), the restaurant in the hotel was already closed at 10 pm (unfortunately we would have liked to spend more time there). The hotel was great, the staff were helpful and very friendly. The training ground is ideal, the groundsman was also very friendly. The training focus was on teamwork and standards. Thanks to the artificial turf, we were independent of the weather. A friendly match was organized with a team that was also in the training camp. Everything was well organized by the hotel and the groundsman. We were lucky with the weather and with the artificial turf and indoor hall in the hotel, everything was no problem anyway. There is a supporting program, but we didn't take advantage of it. Conclusion: next year, same time, same place. An ideal hotel for juniors U12. Das war schlußendlich für unsere Buchung auch ausschlaggebend - nebst dem tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Kostenvoranschlag und sämtliche schriftliche Anfragen per Email wurden speditiv und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Sache! :o) Das Hotel war hervorragend. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Zimmer waren bei unseren frühen Ankunft um 12:00 Uhr bereits für uns vorbereitet und bezugsbereit.
