Very nice family-run hotel with football-loving owners. You can feel this affinity to the sport at all times. In addition, there is a well-kept natural grass pitch right next to the hotel, which guarantees perfect training conditions. The years of experience, coupled with Italian hospitality, offer optimal conditions for a successful training camp.
Training
Training takes place primarily on the very good natural grass pitch (dimensions 98 x 58 meters) directly at the hotel. Another natural grass pitch (105 x 63 meters) and a new-generation artificial pitch (100 x 56 meters) are available one kilometer away. Another artificial pitch (100 x 65 meters) is located in Rovato, three kilometers from the hotel.

Hotel
This beautiful 4* hotel is located in the heart of the Italian wine-growing region of Franciacorta, which is famous for its excellent white and sparkling wines. The hotel offers a meeting room (seating up to 250 people), a garage for cars and a coach park close to the hotel, a further meeting room, a restaurant and a bar. Various fitness and wellness facilities round off the whole experience.

Map
Coccaglio is a municipality with a good 9,000 inhabitants near Brescia. The cities of Bergamo, Brescia and the southern shore of Lake Garda can be reached within half an hour by car, while a trip to Milan takes around an hour and Turin around two hours.
Activities
Beach/bathing facilities
Desenzano, on the southern shore of Lake Garda, can be reached in around 30 minutes. It is a shorter drive to Paratico, while the southern shore of Lake Iseo is just under 20 minutes away by car.
Nightlife
There are various clubs and discos in the vicinity of the hotel, most notably the famous Discoteca Qi.
Social program
Numerous Serie A and Serie B clubs are located near Coccaglio, including Brescia Calcio, Como Calcio, FC and Juventus Turin, Inter and AC Milan, Hellas and Chievo Verona, Atalanta Bergamo. We will be happy to organize tickets for you. The Franciacorta Outlet Village is only 15 kilometers away and is ideal for an afternoon of shopping. The closest bowling alley is in Brescia, around half an hour from the hotel. Equally popular are the Prosecco tastings with dinner at the Fratus Franciacorta winery, owned by the hotelier's brother.
