Is it possible to change the number of participants booked?
As we organize 1300+ training camps per year, we are of course aware that there may be small changes to the number of participants booked. As long as the hotel on site has free capacity, you are welcome to book additional players at any time. We are always as accommodating as possible when it comes to the cancellation of individual participants. However, to ensure that no one is left with the costs in the event of illness, we offer you optional travel cancellation insurance with our partner Allianz. If you are interested, please simply get in touch with your contact person.
What happens if a participant falls ill?
Both our hotel partners and we know that it is always possible for a large group of participants to cancel at short notice. SOCCATOURS therefore always tries to find the most accommodating solution for the teams in cooperation with its long-standing hotel partners. Cancellation by one person two to three days before arrival is therefore usually not a problem. In order to be 100% on the safe side and avoid possible cancellation costs, we offer the teams appropriate travel cancellation insurance in cooperation with ALLIANZ.
Can we reserve training times at the time of booking?
We start planning the training camp season as early as twelve months before the start of the trip. We have already secured the best training times with our partner clubs in advance - you don't need to worry about anything else.
What are the best accommodations for a football training camp in Utrecht?
We currently only have a limited selection of hotels, which come highly recommended. We are of course very keen to acquire further destinations, but these must of course meet our quality standards.
