Training ground
The resort includes two natural grass pitches and a natural grass training pitch (small playing field), all of which comply with FIFA standards, are in an excellent state and are perfectly maintained. The pitches are situated very close to the bungalows and can therefore be reached on foot.
Hotel facilities
Guests stay in apartments at the resort just a stone’s throw from the football pitches. The hotel houses the spa facilities, restaurant and conference rooms (including a flipchart, projector and screen). The large fitness studio is located opposite the hotel close to the apartments. There is also a large, covered outdoor space available, which can also be used as a fitness area.

The Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort is located directly on the coast in the south of Portugal, close to the historic city centre of Lagos. From the hotel you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Atlantic. The destination is an hour by bus from Faro Airport.
