A wonderful destination that is perfectly suited to football! The training conditions are perfect and you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the hotel!
Training
The resort has two FIFA-standardized natural grass pitches and one FIFA-standardized training pitch (small pitch), which are in excellent condition and well maintained. The pitches are located right next to the bungalows and are therefore within walking distance.
Hotel
You live in apartments on the resort just a few meters from the football pitches. The hotel has spa facilities as well as a restaurant and meeting rooms with flip chart, projector and screen. The large gym is located opposite the hotel near the apartments. There is also a large, covered outdoor area which can also be used as a fitness zone.
Rooms
There are one-bedroom apartments as well as two-bedroom apartments, all with a spacious living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, kitchen, dining table and one bathroom per bedroom.
Fitness
The resort has a fully equipped 160 square meter fitness studio with Technogym equipment.
Wellness
The hotel has a Tainai Spa with massage rooms, heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi & sauna.

The Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort is located directly on the coast in the south of Portugal, close to the historic city center of Lagos. From the hotel you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Atlantic Ocean. The destination can be reached from Faro airport in one hour by bus.

There are various possible activities for team building and sports in the area such as golf, tennis, sailing, fishing & go-karting.
