General information about training camps with SOCCATOURS

This expertise and the best product knowledge in the industry guarantee you a perfect all-round service from the first to the last minute.

Offer preparation
In most of our destinations, we have reserved fixed contingents for you for the most popular training camp dates, which is why it usually takes no longer than 24 hours to prepare a quote.
If you would like a personal consultation, a member of our team will send you an offer by e-mail that has been prepared manually and tailored to your individual requirements. You will usually receive your offer within 24 hours. However, we ask for your understanding that checking the availability of hotel rooms, training times and possibly flight tickets may be delayed in exceptional cases.
If you need a separate room for the coach driver - if you are traveling on your own - please let us know before booking, as we also have to make a binding reservation for this room. We often receive special conditions for the coach driver if we reserve the room at the same time as the group booking.
Your communication with us
Experience has shown that a number of questions often arise in the run-up to the booking. In order to make the processing of all customer inquiries as transparent, fast and efficient as possible, the majority of correspondence is by email. If you reply to an email, please include the entire text of the previous correspondence.

The process of booking your training camp
Once you have decided on one of our training camp offers, the next steps are as follows:
- You send us the signed offer scanned back by e-mail and confirm that you would like to book this training camp as a binding package tour.
- We will send you our booking confirmation and the insurance certificate.
- You transfer the deposit of 20% of the travel price (alternatively full payment with discounted payment conditions). You have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance or full protection insurance
- You send us the list of participants and transfer the balance due (due date on the booking confirmation).
We will send you your complete travel documents including the contact details of your personal contact person on site.
Travel to the training camp
Depending on the destination, we offer you various options for traveling to your training camp: by private car or bus, or with flights organized by us for you.
Information on traveling abroad
Nationals of an EU country only need an identity card when traveling within the EU. Switzerland and Turkey are not members of the EU. We recommend that you carry your passport with you on all trips abroad. An identity card is sufficient for German guests entering Turkey. However, a passport is still recommended, as otherwise a separate note with the entry stamp must be carried until departure. Austrian citizens require a passport and a visa (which is also issued in Antalya at the airport for 15 euros). Guests from Switzerland require a passport. Citizens of other countries should enquire at their respective embassies. Please ensure that all participants have the necessary travel documents (passport and visa if required) well in advance of your training camp. Please also remember to check the validity of passports for the respective countries.
Information on air travel
We only fly with reputable airlines that meet all safety requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, every traveler is entitled to the carriage of one piece of hand luggage and one piece of checked baggage. As the weight specifications vary depending on the airline, we would ask you to use the information contained in the offer as a guide.
The regulations for the transportation of sports and additional baggage vary depending on the airline booked and will be communicated on request
Minimum number for training camps with air travel
For all training camps with air travel, a minimum number of 15 participants applies, for certain hotels an even larger group size may be required. Of course, we always try to organize a training camp for smaller groups, but this may result in price fluctuations, as the costs for the use of space are not per person, but per team.
