Our selection of destinations is subject to strict quality standards that are personally checked several times a year.
The best time to travel to Tyrol for a football training camp is certainly the summer. The climatic conditions from June to September are perfect. The natural grass pitches are in perfect condition thanks to the favorable weather and maintenance.
But a successful training camp can also be held in winter thanks to a large number of new artificial pitches - it is cold in Tyrol, especially at higher altitudes, while the Inn Valley generally has a pleasant and sunny winter climate.
Yes, we have made agreements with all our partner clubs in Tyrol about fixed training times. At the same time as confirming your booking, we use our checklist to ask you which training schedule you would like and schedule the times in consultation with you. This means that the general conditions are already fixed long before you arrive and there are no surprises on site.
This is a typical problem with group trips, as very few clubs know the exact number of participants months in advance. We try to make any changes to the original booking ("cancellation" if there are fewer participants, "rebooking" if there are more participants) as unbureaucratic and cost-effective as possible for you.
In deviation from our General Terms and Conditions of Business and Travel, you may be able to obtain more favourable cancellation conditions. In practice, this happens quite frequently because we have very good personal contacts with the hoteliers. In the case of training camps with your own travel arrangements, problems have rarely arisen if the number of participants changes by one or two players at short notice. In this case, you usually only pay for the rooms that you actually need. However, the prerequisite is always that you inform us of such changes before your arrival so that we can inform the service providers on site in good time.
However, if the number of participants changes significantly - by more than two people - service providers on site may charge cancellation fees up to the maximum amount stated in our AVRB. The situation is more problematic for air travel, however, because the airlines allow very little leeway and subsequent changes are (almost) always associated with costs. In the worst case, the costs stated in our AVRB will always apply.
Please note that unannounced non-arrivals (even by individual participants) regularly incur a 100% cancellation fee ("no show").
We strongly recommend that you take out one of our travel insurance policies (basic group travel cancellation cover for 3.7% or full group cover for 5.1% of the average travel price), which covers you in the event of accidental injury or illness, including coronavirus, for example. This will ensure that you are always on the safe side.

Yes, our partner clubs are equipped with modern equipment and can usually clear large amounts of fresh snow within a very short time and guarantee a smooth training operation. Only in extreme weather situations would the clearing take longer - then we will of course try to arrange an alternative program or a pitch division at a later time. Proportional pitch costs will then of course be refunded.
