Seph’s Hotel is a historic 18th-century building that impresses with its refurbished facilities. The rooms, the restaurant and the gym all boast a modern look, making the building truly unique. The experience of working with professional athletes, combined with the available training facilities, makes Watersley an ideal venue for training camps. Furthermore, its proximity to Sittard town centre offers plenty of opportunities for leisure activities.
Training
Training sessions take place primarily at the V.V. Sanderbout sports ground. There are two almost identical artificial-turf pitches (100 x 64 metres and 105 x 67 metres respectively), of which the slightly smaller training pitch is mainly used. The distance from the hotel to the pitches is 3.9 kilometres, which is approximately an eight-minute drive. If required, bicycles can also be hired from the accommodation, meaning the training grounds can be reached in under 15 minutes. Alternatively, the sports grounds of S.V. Munstergeleen are available. During the winter months, the modern artificial turf pitch (100 x 63 metres) can be used; this is approximately a five-minute drive or about a 20-minute walk away.

Hotel
The Watersley Sports & Talent Park is a modern sports campus specifically designed to meet the needs of athletes and teams. Sephs Hotel is housed in a former monastery built in 1752. The 29 rooms therefore offer a unique accommodation experience. In addition to the hotel, the site also features a hostel and team houses, ensuring that a range of requirements and budgets can be catered for. Meals are served at the Athlete Restaurant in The Tower Sports Hostel.
Rooms
The rooms at the SEPHS Hotel are modern and functionally furnished. All rooms can be used as double rooms, and two of them can be converted into three- or four-bed rooms. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and modern amenities including a TV, Wi-Fi and facilities for making coffee and tea. Comfortable beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, whilst practical extras such as a fridge and a work area further enhance your stay.
Fitness
Watersley Sports & Talentpark has a modern fitness area specially designed to meet the needs of athletes, where supplementary training sessions such as strength, stabilization or rehabilitation programmes can be easily integrated into the training camp routine.

Watersley Sports & Talentpark is located in Sittard, just a few minutes from the German border, making it quick and easy to reach. The nearest major cities are Maastricht, which is around 20 minutes away, and Aachen, which is around 40 minutes away.

Activities
The Watersley Sports & Talent Park offers various opportunities for active leisure activities. Running and athletics sessions can be carried out directly on campus and the available sports surfaces and training areas can be used. There are also opportunities for joint activities within the facility, which can be ideally integrated into everyday training camp life

There are various bars and nightlife options in the vicinity of Watersley Sports & Talentpark, particularly in the cities of Sittard and Maastricht, which are within easy reach and offer options for a team night out off campus if required.
