Watersley Sports & Talentpark is a modern sports campus in Sittard that combines accommodation, training facilities and performance-oriented infrastructure for teams and athletes in one location.
My personal tip for you
This training camp is particularly suitable for teams who want to combine a modern training environment with short travel distances. Thanks to its proximity to the German border, the destination can be reached quickly and easily, while the training ground in Munstergeleen offers very good conditions for intensive sessions.
Training
The sessions take place at the S.V. Munstergeleen sports ground, which is about a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. If required, bicycles can also be hired at the accommodation. The training sessions take place on artificial turf.

Hotel
Watersley Sports & Talentpark is a modern sports campus specifically designed to meet the needs of athletes and teams, with both a hotel and hostel available on site to cater for different requirements and budgets.
Rooms
The rooms at the SEPHS Hotel are modern and functionally furnished and offer various categories such as double, twin and family rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and modern facilities including TV, WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. The facilities are complemented by comfortable beds and practical details such as a fridge or work area.
The rooms in "The Tower" hostel are specially designed for sports groups and offer a clear, functional structure. Accommodation is in compact single rooms so that each player has their own private space. Each room is equipped with a single bed and its own shower and washing facilities, while the toilet areas are shared on the floors.
Fitness
Watersley Sports & Talentpark has a modern fitness area specially designed to meet the needs of athletes, where supplementary training sessions such as strength, stabilization or rehabilitation programmes can be easily integrated into the training camp routine.

Watersley Sports & Talentpark is located in Sittard, just a few minutes from the German border, making it quick and easy to reach. The nearest major cities are Maastricht, which is around 20 minutes away, and Aachen, which is around 40 minutes away.

Activities
The Watersley Sports & Talent Park offers various opportunities for active leisure activities. Running and athletics sessions can be carried out directly on campus and the available sports surfaces and training areas can be used. There are also opportunities for joint activities within the facility, which can be ideally integrated into everyday training camp life

There are various bars and nightlife options in the vicinity of Watersley Sports & Talentpark, particularly in the cities of Sittard and Maastricht, which are within easy reach and offer options for a team night out off campus if required.
