The following General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Travel and Insurance form part of every contract concluded with SOCCATOURS^®. They regulate the business modalities between us as the travel agent/tour operator and our business and private customers which go beyond the general regulations of the German Civil Code (BGB).

This is an information page as part of our legal notice. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Business and Travel carefully because they are the basis for package travel contracts between you and us.

They also contain details of the insurance conditions. However, these are only relevant for you if you have taken out an insurance policy through us.
