My personal tip for you
Kladno offers everything an athlete could wish for: a large sports facility with excellent training conditions on artificial turf. The sports-loving town is only a 25-minute drive from Prague and is known for its stars such as Jaromir Jagr. There is also a leisure and indoor swimming pool and a climbing garden for active recreation.
Training
Training usually takes place either on the artificial turf 300 meters from the hotel (100 x 60 meters) or on the artificial turf pitch in Rynholec (built in 2022; 104 x 62 meters), which is around a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Hotel
The hotel is located in the middle of the Kladno sports complex between the indoor swimming pool, sports fields and outdoor swimming pool. It offers 22 rooms with a total of 64 beds, a restaurant with a bar and terrace. Meeting rooms, parking and Wi-Fi are also available free of charge. The historic center of Kladno can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.
Rooms
The hotel has 22 rooms, which are divided into ten double, four triple and eight quadruple rooms. Each room is dedicated to a famous Kladno sportsman (first and foremost the world-class ice hockey player Jaromir Jagr), with pictures and numbered according to the respective back numbers/years. All rooms are modernly furnished and offer a bathroom with shower/WC, satellite TV and free WLAN Internet access.
Fitness
The hotel itself does not have its own fitness area. There are fitness, gymnastics and dance rooms in the sports halls. There is stationary cross-fit equipment and a fitness course in the outdoor area.
Wellness
Right next to the hotel there is a leisure and indoor pool with a slide, whirl and massage pools and a steam sauna.

The town of Kladno, with a population of around 70,000, is located in the Central Bohemian Region to the north-west of Prague. The accommodation and sports grounds are on the western outskirts of the town, around 1.5 kilometers from the town center.

Supporting program
Due to Kladno's proximity to the Czech capital, a trip to the golden city of Prague is always an option. As ice hockey is very popular in the Czech Republic, a visit to an ice hockey match can be organized.
Sports facilities
Depending on the season, numerous sports can be practised directly on site. Five natural and artificial turf pitches are available for footballers. The sports grounds also include a large athletics stadium and an athletics hall, an indoor and leisure pool, a 50-metre outdoor swimming pool, several tennis courts, a climbing garden, an ice rink, two large sports halls for handball, volleyball, futsal and much more. There is also a fitness room, a judo room, gymnastics rooms, several outdoor crossfit stations, a cycle track, modern playgrounds, a climbing garden and a riding facility.
Team building
With the many possibilities that this facility in Kladno has to offer, there are various opportunities for team building. With the climbing garden, the indoor swimming pool, the ice rink and the sports halls, nothing stands in the way of a successful team event.
