My personal tip for you
Our destination in Hluboka offers excellent conditions for a short training camp. The hotel has a wellness area and the artificial turf pitch is within walking distance. In addition, the next larger town of Budweis is definitely worth a visit.
Training
The training ground with an artificial turf pitch (100 x 64 meters) is around 600 meters or an eight-minute walk from the hotel. The artificial turf pitch was laid at the end of 2023.

Hotel
Hotel Podhrad is a beautiful 4* hotel in the center of Hluboka. It is stylishly furnished and offers a restaurant for up to 80 people, a sun terrace, a lounge, a lobby bar, two fully equipped conference rooms, a parking lot with camera surveillance and a wellness area with a sauna, pool, massage room, etc. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel.
Rooms
The hotel offers tastefully furnished single, double and triple rooms as well as suites at 4* level. All rooms have a bathroom with shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV and WLAN Internet access. Depending on occupancy, accommodation may be in a comparable adjoining building.
Wellness
The hotel has a well-kept wellness area with sauna, infrared sauna, whirlpool and a small swimming pool with counter-current system (5 x 2.5 meters). A masseuse can also be booked at a reasonable price on request.
Map
The small town of Hluboká nad Vlatavou (German: Frauenberg) is located in the South Bohemia region, around ten kilometers north of the city of Budweis. The hotel is centrally located below the famous Hluboká Castle.

Beach/swimming facilities
Hluboka offers an outdoor swimming pool with adventure pool and slide, a natural swimming pool, swimming in the Vltava River and several swimming ponds.
Nightlife
Hloboka is very lively in the summer months and rather quiet in the winter months. České Budějovice has much more to offer and can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.
Social program
There are also opportunities for bowling, yachting, canoeing and rafting. A trip to České Budějovice with a tour of the Budweiser Budvar brewery is also very popular.
Sports facilities
There is an 18-hole and 9-hole golf course, tennis (nine clay courts), mini golf, table tennis, baseball and much more.
Team building
In the immediate vicinity of the football pitches there is a leisure park with a climbing garden, minigolf, baseball field (taster course available), beach volleyball, giant trampoline and water games.
