What should I bear in mind when planning?
Due to limited capacity, early booking is recommended; the best destinations and most popular dates are usually fully booked six months in advance.
When is the perfect time to travel for a training camp in the Karlovy Vary region?
Thanks to the excellent conditions on the artificial pitches of our partner clubs, the months from January to April are ideal for a successful training camp.
What are the best hotels for a training camp in the Karlovy Vary region?
Thanks to the numerous positive feedbacks from our teams and the personal visits on site, we know exactly which destinations are best suited for a training camp in the Karlovy Vary region.
Is there a contact person on site?
With our Country Manager Roman Simek from SOCCATOURS Czechia, we have had our own German-speaking employee on site in the Czech Republic for many years. If you have any questions or requests during your training camp, you are welcome to contact him at any time. You will also receive the names of the contact persons at the hotel in your travel documents.
Is it possible to change the number of participants booked?
As we organize 1300+ training camps per year, we are of course aware that there may be small changes to the number of participants booked. As long as the hotel has free capacity on site, you are welcome to book additional players at any time. We are always as accommodating as possible when it comes to the cancellation of individual participants. However, to ensure that no one is left with the costs in the event of illness, we offer you optional travel cancellation insurance with our partner Allianz. If you are interested, please simply get in touch with your contact person.
