Training ground
In combination with Hotel Playa Mar & Spa, there are two top-quality training centres available. The training grounds directly at the hotel in Port de Pollença include an artificial grass pitch that complies with the dimensions specified by FIFA and a second smaller one. In 2017, both pitches were completely resurfaced with a new artificial grass layer and now provide the perfect training conditions. The training grounds directly adjoin the hotel. Additional excellent training grounds are located in Pollença some 10 minutes from the hotel by car. You will also find two state-of-the-art artificial grass pitches (one big, one small) here. In addition, the bus transfer is already included in the package.

The large outdoor pool is at the heart of the Hotel Playa Mar & Spa complex. The four buildings which make up the hotel, with a total of over 168 apartments, are located around the pool. The first of the two other buildings is where you will find the lobby, reception and restaurant, while the second one houses the communal area with its bar and stage, the conference rooms and the spa area.

The apartments have been extensively renovated just recently and can accommodate up to four people. The generously sized bathrooms with separate shower, separate WC and high-quality fittings particularly catch the eye. All 168 apartments boast a flat-screen TV, a sitting area with sofa and a separate bedroom.

Hotel Playa Mar & Spa is located at the outskirts of Port de Pollença, nestled right between Port de Pollença sports complex and Pollença’s beach. The hotel can be reached from Palma de Mallorca Airport in about an hour. Port de Pollença is situated in the north of the island of Mallorca and the Bay of Pollença is formed by the peninsulas of Formentor and La Victòria.

In Pollença, a beautiful promenade with bars and pubs invites you to linger for a while. Of course, there is also the option to visit a club in El Arenal.
Supporting programme
There are also various excursion options available to round off a varied training camp programme. From a city trip to Palma to a team night out at Bierkönig in El Arenal, all offerings are available but optional.
Sports possibilities
In addition to the football training, jogs along the promenade are an option due to the proximity to the beach. There is also a table tennis table available at the hotel.

Upon request, we’d be glad to create a team building offering for you in Mallorca. Due to the large number of options available, there is sure to be something to meet your needs (outdoor team building adventure, orientation tour, trekking tour with caving, raft building, sailing regatta, beach Olympics, etc.).
Other
Training camps in Mallorca are very popular due to the climate, short flight time and short transfer times on site. Due to the limited availability of football pitches, it is recommended to book early.
