This is how it works
Provide the ground: Please send us a brief description including information and pictures of your ground, including pitches (dimensions, artificial or natural grass) and facilities such as changing rooms.
Suggestion of suitable hotels in the vicinity: Please provide us with suggestions for accommodation that can accommodate sports groups of at least 20 people. Please take into account the proximity to the training grounds and possible leisure facilities. Ideally, you will already have made initial contact.
The most important dates are the weekends, usually Friday to Sunday. The training camps can take place in summer and winter, depending on the conditions, for example whether artificial or natural turf is available.
What specifically does the home club have to do to ensure that the training camps run successfully?
Handing over keys or continuous opening at training times in the morning/afternoon
Provision of training pitches (artificial turf, natural turf large/small by arrangement)

What does the home club explicitly not have to take care of?
Training equipment (balls, cones, etc.) is brought by the guests themselves.
No direct contact with clubs is necessary in advance. A permanent contact person from SOCCATOURS takes care of the complete organization and handling of the training camps. The group should only be welcomed on arrival on site.
Our space is only available to a limited extent. Can certain periods be excluded?
Yes, periods can be excluded in advance. Capacities can be determined weekend by weekend. Bookings are only made after consultation with your club.
How does billing work?
Invoicing by the club is necessary, i.e. the club issues an invoice to SOCCATOURS after the end of the training camp or after the end of a training camp season for the pitch rental fees due.
