A small but fine family-run hotel with a beautiful wellness area. The well-kept natural grass pitch is located in the surrounding village of Vodnjan. The hotel is the perfect choice for those on a lower budget with its excellent price-performance ratio.

The hotel has its own wellness area and a conference room, which our teams can use on request.
Rooms
Single, double and triple rooms are available for our teams. Bathroom with shower, satellite TV, WLAN, minibar and air conditioning are part of the basic equipment.
Wellness
The wellness area is equipped with a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and Turkish sauna, as well as a whirlpool, solarium and relaxation area.

The village of Peroj is located about 15 kilometers north of Pula, the hotel is located in the eastern part of Peroj.
It is recommended to arrive by car, as Pula Airport is approx. 20 minutes away.

The beach of Peroj is about 1.5 kilometers away. The hotel has an outdoor pool, which is open in the summer season.
Nightlife
Peroj is quiet in the winter months, but if you want a bit of nightlife, Pula is 25 minutes away.

The region around Peroj offers beautiful running routes.
