The newly built natural grass pitch is located just 700 metres from the hotel. This training camp package currently offers what are arguably the best training conditions in Croatia. In addition, the accommodation is a fine family-run hotel with a beautiful wellness area. Many areas of the hotel offer beautiful sea views.
Training
Our teams train on the natural grass pitch in Peroj, which was newly built in 2025. The pitch is 700 metres from the hotel and can be reached in about ten minutes on foot.
Due to the high quality of the pitch, a maximum of two teams are scheduled per pitch, even on busy weekends, in order to ensure consistent quality.
In addition, unlike other destinations in Croatia, fixed training times are available, so that the schedule can be drawn up before arrival.

Hotel
The Hotel Villa Letan in Peroj is a modern four-star hotel, quietly located on the outskirts of town and around 700 metres from the sea. A spacious wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, solarium and massage services ensures relaxation. There is also a conference room available, which our teams can use on request.
Rooms
Single, double and triple rooms are available for our teams. Bathroom with shower, satellite TV, WLAN, minibar and air conditioning are part of the basic equipment.
Wellness
The wellness area is equipped with a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and Turkish sauna, as well as a whirlpool, solarium and relaxation area.
Map
The village of Peroj is located about 15 kilometers north of Pula, the hotel is located in the eastern part of Peroj.
It is recommended to arrive by car, as Pula Airport is approx. 20 minutes away.
Activities
Beach/swimming facilities
The beach of Peroj is about 1.5 kilometers away. The hotel has an outdoor pool, which is open in the summer season.
Nightlife
Peroj is quiet in the winter months, but if you want some nightlife, Pula is 25 minutes away.
Sports facilities
For motor enthusiasts, there is a go-kart track near Pula (approx. 16 kilometres away). Cross-karting is also available less than nine kilometres from the hotel. Those who prefer thrills at altitude will find what they are looking for at the Adventure Park in Glavani. The region around Peroj also offers beautiful running routes.
