This summer destination impresses with its excellent location right on the German-Austrian border near Kufstein, the well-maintained natural grass pitches in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, the family atmosphere and the numerous leisure and team-building opportunities in the region.
Training
Training usually takes place at the sports facility just 100 meters away with two natural grass pitches. The facility consists of a very good main pitch (90 x 55 meters) and the good training pitch (100 x 60 meters). Both pitches are well maintained and there are a large number of mobile goals. For a fee and after consultation, it would also be possible to use the changing rooms and facilities in the sports home.

Hotel
The hotel was acquired by the current owner a few years ago and has been successively modernized. As a result, all rooms in the 70-person hotel are gradually being brought up to date. For meetings, our teams also have a screen and a projector at their disposal. In addition, each team has a separate dining area and is thus among themselves. For team meetings, one of the adjoining rooms can be used. WLAN Internet access is available throughout the hotel and a bus parking lot is also available free of charge.
Rooms
The hotel has 70 beds in comfortable rooms, all of which have a shower/WC and satellite TV and most of which have a balcony. Accommodation is in single, double and multi-bed rooms, which can accommodate up to four people.

The Tyrolean town of Niederndorf is located east of the Inn River, close to the German-Austrian border, around 80 kilometers from Munich on the A8 and A93 Inntal freeways. The hotel is located directly in the center of the 2,800-inhabitant community and the nearby town of Kufstein is around 10 kilometers away.
Activities
Beach/swimming opportunities
There are a few beautiful mountain lakes within a radius of a few kilometers, such as the Hechtsee near Kufstein. In the nearby Ebbs (approx. 3.4 kilometers away) there is the Ebbs leisure and adventure park with outdoor pools, water slide, a sauna area as well as massage offers and a bowling alley. Furthermore, there is a large outdoor pool in Kufstein with a 25 meter long outdoor pool, water slide and diving tower. In bad weather, the Wörgl water world is ideal.
Nightlife
In summer, the region is characterized by weekly festivals in the surrounding villages. There are many places to go out in nearby Kufstein.
Supporting program
Sight-seeing in Kufstein, excursion to Innsbruck, visit to the Wörgl Water World (with the world's first double-loop water slide), visits to various bathing lakes, hikes, etc.
Sports facilities
In Kufstein: tennis (five outdoor courts, three indoor courts), beautiful running paths along the Inn, motor skills park, minigolf.
Team building
The region offers many excursion possibilities, such as to neighboring, historic Kufstein, a hike to one of the huts in the area, climbing garden, archery and much more.
