Is there a contact person on site?
With our Country Manager Roman Simek from SOCCATOURS Czechia, we have had our own German-speaking employee on site in the Czech Republic for many years. If you have any questions or requests during your training camp, you are welcome to contact him at any time. You will also receive the names of the contact persons at the hotel in your travel documents.
Is it possible to change the number of participants booked?
As we organize 1300+ training camps per year, we are of course aware that there may be small changes to the number of participants booked. As long as the hotel has free capacity on site, you are welcome to book additional players at any time. We are always as accommodating as possible when it comes to the cancellation of individual participants. However, to ensure that no one is left with the costs in the event of illness, we offer you optional travel cancellation insurance with our partner Allianz.
