Situated on the Vltava River, Prague is the most populous city in the Czech Republic with over one million inhabitants and is also the country's capital. In addition to the many sights, the historic city also offers many opportunities for going out. A training camp in Prague is the ideal way to combine sporting preparation with a cultural excursion.
Particularly popular with tourists is the world-famous 500-metre-long, stone-built Charles Bridge, which connects the Old Town with the Lesser Town, or the largest enclosed castle complex in the world.
The capacity for a training camp in Prague is very limited due to the small number of training pitches in the city area. For this reason, you should start planning your training camp early, especially on the popular dates. We recommend a lead time of at least six months before the arrival date.
As the city fills up with tourists from all over the world in the summer months, the months of January, February and March are ideal for a training camp in conjunction with our artificial turf pitches.
As organizers of more than 1300+ training camps per year, we know from experience that the exact number of participants is usually not yet known when booking six months before arrival. For this reason, we only need an approximate number of participants at the time of booking, which is then finalized approximately six to eight weeks before the start of the training camp. Of course, the number of participants may change again afterwards and we try to do this in the most customer-friendly way possible.
Due to planning security, training camps in the Czech Republic from January to April take place exclusively on the artificial turf pitches of our partner clubs. As a training camp organizer with the highest recommendation rate, we check the quality of the pitches ourselves every year in order to be able to guarantee perfect conditions for our teams.
We will of course support you in planning suitable team-building activities for your training camp. If you are interested, we will be happy to make a few suggestions for your team. Please simply get in touch with your contact person.
We start planning our training camps around a year in advance and we secure the best training times from our partner clubs in advance. Please simply let us know your preferred times after booking and we will then try to reserve these training times for you.
