My personal tip for you
In my opinion, this is an absolute top destination with short distances and ideal training conditions, which is particularly suitable for ambitious amateur teams. There are no compromises in the winter months either - the well-tended artificial pitch is only 700 meters away.
Training
The modern sports facility with two well-maintained natural grass pitches and an artificial pitch is located just 700 meters from the hotel and is within easy walking distance.

Hotel
The 4-star hotel between Franconia and the Swabian Alb welcomes its guests in one of its 70 rooms. Guests can enjoy the first-class gastronomic offerings either in the Panorama Restaurant or in the rustic Kutscherstube. The "Bajazzo", the hotel's own bar, is the best place to enjoy a beer after work. The hotel also has nine modern conference and meeting rooms, an indoor pool, a sauna, two private tennis courts and a spacious park.
Rooms
All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer every guest a high level of comfort. Single, double and triple rooms are available. The rooms are equipped with a small seating area, desk, minibar, wardrobe, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone and underfloor heating. Free use of DSL or W-LAN is included. In addition, all sanitary areas have 4-star comfort and are equipped with an additional infrared heat lamp to preheat the bathroom.

There is a fitness trail (running track) right next to the hotel.
Wellness
The hotel is equipped with a large indoor pool and a sauna. Physiotherapy treatments can be booked for an extra charge.

Ilshofen is nestled in the charming landscape of Hohenlohe in the north-east of the Neckar-Hohenlohe-Schwäbischer Wald vacation region. The town is easy to reach thanks to the excellent transport links at the A6/A7 freeway junction and the Stuttgart/Nuremberg rail link.
Coming from Karslruhe/Heilbronn, take the A6 freeway towards Nuremberg - exit Ilshofen/Wolpertshausen - continue towards Ilshofen until the second entrance to the town, then turn right. Parking is available in the large parking lot opposite the hotel entrance (on the left) or in our underground car park. Coming from Nuremberg/Würzburg, take the A6 freeway towards Heilbronn - exit Kirchberg/Jagst - continue towards Ilshofen until the second entrance to the town, then turn left.
Activities
Beach/swimming
In the summer months, it is worth visiting the outdoor pool in Crailsheim (Maulachtal) or the outdoor pool in Goldbach.
Regeneration
For active recreation, the running paths in the adjacent forest area near the hotel are ideal for light jogging or Nordic walking. Massage and physiotherapy sessions can also be booked in advance.
Sports facilities
Sports enthusiasts get their money's worth. In addition to the hotel's own tennis courts, bike hire, volleyball court and table tennis tables, there are numerous other opportunities to get active. Just 15 minutes away is the first-class 18-hole championship golf course in a fantastic location. You can also tee off here without club membership.
Team building
Various team-building activities, such as a visit to a garden high ropes course or the go-kart and trampoline center, are offered in the immediate vicinity.
