My personal tip for you

Very comfortable training camp destination with extensive sports and wellness facilities and extremely short distances. The very well-maintained artificial turf pitch offers perfect training conditions at any time of the year and in extreme weather conditions there is even the option of using the in-house football hall with artificial turf. It is not for nothing that well-known professional teams have already set up camp here.

Training

In winter, training takes place on the artificial turf pitch directly at the hotel. 105 x 68 meters, the artificial turf has UEFA dimensions. In case of heavy snowfall, the football hall with two artificial turf courts measuring 30 x 15 meters can be used as an alternative.

Hotel

Regional and international dishes are served in the Da Vinci restaurant, in the Spitzweg cellar vault or in the winter garden. In summer, a beer garden invites you to enjoy Bavarian delicacies in the open air.

Rooms

The Sporthotel has 134 rooms and 19 suites, 70 of which are non-smoking rooms. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, telephone, desk, minibar, safe, cable TV, telephone with direct dialing to the room from outside and a hairdryer.

Fitness

There is a 1,600 (!) square meter fitness area in the adjoining sports park, which offers classic equipment training as well as a course room and spinning facilities.

Wellness area

You can relax after your training sessions in the 500 m² wellness area, which includes two Finnish saunas and a bio sauna, a seating and relaxation corner, a relaxation and outdoor area and two solariums.

The hotel is located approx. 50 km south of Munich, in the middle of the Miesbacher Oberland, a magnificent Alpine foothills and lake landscape with an impressive mountain panorama.

Beach/swimming

Lake Schliersee is around seven kilometers away and offers several bathing opportunities.

Nightlife

The Spinnradl at Spitzingsee is ideal for a nightlife excursion.

Sports facilities

In addition to the fitness area, the hotel has its own six tennis courts (two indoor and four outdoor courts).

Team building

There are various rafting, canoeing and stand-up paddling providers in the region. In the winter months, you can also attend a TEV Miesbach ice hockey match at the weekend.

Miscellaneous

The hotel is also happy to organize excursions for the team to the surrounding area or to Munich (e.g. visit to the Allianz Arena)
