Of course, our amateur teams are also aware that the importance of football in North Rhine-Westphalia goes far beyond the weekend game.

Can I view the accommodation before I arrive?
Of course, we would be happy to! The best thing to do is to contact our team directly and arrange an appointment. We also offer attractive special conditions for visitors in advance if they wish to stay overnight.
When is the perfect time to travel to North Rhine-Westphalia for a training camp?
Due to the excellent sports facilities and good accessibility, training camps in NRW are ideal in both winter and summer.
What happens if a participant falls ill?
Both our hotel partners and we know that it is always possible for a large group of participants to cancel at short notice. SOCCATOURS therefore always tries to find the most accommodating solution for the teams in cooperation with its long-standing hotel partners. Cancellation by one person two to three days before arrival is therefore usually not a problem. In order to be 100% on the safe side and avoid possible cancellation costs, we offer the teams appropriate travel cancellation insurance in cooperation with ALLIANZ.
Is it possible to change the number of participants booked?
As we organize 1300+ training camps per year, we are of course aware that there may be small changes to the number of participants booked. As long as the hotel on site has free capacity, you are welcome to book additional players at any time. We are always as accommodating as possible when it comes to the cancellation of individual participants. However, to ensure that no one is left with the costs in the event of illness, we offer you optional travel cancellation insurance with our partner Allianz.
