My personal tip for you
The Residence Eden apartments are ideal for teams, as you have individual houses practically to yourself. Training takes place on the best football pitches in the area. Even in bad weather, there is a training guarantee. In my opinion, excellent value for money.
Training
Training takes place on natural and artificial turf pitches in the surrounding area, at the Valeggio sul Mincio stadium (natural turf and artificial turf, both around ten kilometers away), Sona and in Sirmione (natural turf and artificial turf, around 12 kilometers away). In bad weather, the small artificial turf pitch in Valeggio, Sona and Sirmione can also be used as part of our training guarantee.

Hotel
The Residence Eden is a well-kept apartment complex consisting of 173 apartments, divided into four building complexes. Meals are taken in the main building Parc Hotel ****. There is also a large outdoor pool with bar on the complex, which can be used in the summer months.
Rooms
The apartments have one to four rooms. The single-room apartments offer space for two people and are 28-29 square meters in size, have a lounge with kitchenette, sofa bed and a bathroom/WC. The two-room apartments offer space for two to four people, are 39-40 square meters in size and are equipped with a lounge with kitchen, a bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom/WC. The apartments with three rooms can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, are 49-53 square meters in size and offer a lounge with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC. They also all have a balcony or terrace and satellite TV. Our teams are usually accommodated as follows: Single occupancy: one apartment for one person. Double occupancy: Apartment with kitchen and bedroom (either two people in the bedroom or one person in the bedroom and one person on a king-size pull-out couch in the kitchen). Map
Residence Eden is located in the idyllic village of Castelnuovo del Garda, just a few minutes from the shores of Lake Garda. Surrounded by picturesque hills and a green landscape, the area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Popular attractions such as the Gardaland theme park and the Mincio Nature Park are also within easy reach. The apartments are located in a very well-kept garden landscape with probably the most beautiful golf course on Lake Garda. The Parc Hotel, where meals are served, is only about 250-600 meters away (depending on which apartment house you are staying in).

Nightlife
The entire area is quiet and somewhat secluded, but has a few nice bars and lounges. Bars and discos are just a few minutes' drive away.
Social program
Various theme parks, such as Gardaland, Sea Life Aquarium, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark or the Terme Colà di Lazise are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We have negotiated special rates for you for Gardaland and the Sea Life Aquarium, please enquire with us. There is also a bowling center and a go-kart track in the vicinity. There is also a mini-golf course directly on the complex. Excursions to league matches, for example Hellas Verona, are always very special. If you are interested, please let us know so that we can organise tickets for you.
Sports facilities
The complex is located right next to the Paradiso Golf Club in Peschiera, which is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda. There are also three tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a basketball court right on the premises. We will be happy to organize a golf taster course for you on request.
Team building
Excursions to Lake Garda to Peschiera or Sirmione, a fast-paced kart race in Lonato South Garda Karting or at the indoor go-kart track in Affi, both around 20 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Other information
Hellas Verona uses the hotel complex as a training center for the professional team, so it is easy to bump into professional footballers. If you would like to watch a training session, please let us know in advance. On request, we can also organize tickets for matches of the professional clubs from Verona (Chievo or Hellas Verona).
