Can we reserve training times at the time of booking?
We start planning the training camp season twelve months before the start of the trip. We have already secured the best training times with our partner clubs in advance - you don't need to worry about anything else.
What happens if a participant falls ill?
Of course, we wouldn't wish this on anyone, but we offer optional travel cancellation insurance with our partner Allianz so that you don't have to pay any costs in the event of illness.
Can I rely on the quality of the products?
As the largest and most successful training camp organizer in Europe (over 94.5% recommendation rate with 1,355 bookings in 2019), our aim is to offer our customers a perfect training camp. Our selection of destinations is subject to strict quality standards that are personally checked several times a year.
