The combination of training on perfect natural grass pitches and accommodation in an open, spacious and luxurious hotel provides optimum training conditions.
Training
The training ground (Susesi Sport Center) has four excellent quality football pitches (3 x 105x68m and 1 x 90x45m), which are maintained around the clock by experienced greenkeepers. The three main pitches all have floodlights in accordance with UEFA criteria. The function building offers a massage room and 2 changing rooms. There is also the option of video recording on each pitch. The shuttle from the hotel to the sports center takes eight minutes and is well organized by the hotel.

Hotel
The Susesi Luxury Resort offers exceptional architecture and consists of a main building and terraced houses. It has an inviting lobby, extensive pools, extensive gardens with direct access to the sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea, nine indoor and outdoor restaurants, three of which offer excellent buffets, and six à la carte restaurants with different cuisines, such as Italian or Asian specialties. There are also twelve bars and six snack bistros. The hotel's spacious conference rooms can be used by the teams for meetings or activity sessions. The direct location by the sea invites you to go for morning runs on the beach.
Rooms
The resort offers a total of 554 rooms, with the main building being the preferred accommodation for professional teams in spring. Teams are accommodated in the Standard Deluxe rooms (40m²) as standard, with 1-2 free upgrades to suites included (Senior Suite 76m², Jr. Royal Suite 165m², Royal Suite 206m² and King Suite 420m²). All standard rooms have air conditioning, minibar, safe and flat-screen TV. The bathroom offers plenty of space and has a shower and toilet. In addition, all rooms have a balcony and the suites also have a private terrace pool with a wind-protected balcony.
Fitness
The large fitness area also gives teams the opportunity to train away from the pitch. The gym is equipped with cardio machines and a small free weights area and can be used exclusively by teams with advance booking.
Wellness
The 4500m² spa area includes two heated pools with a panoramic roof, two marble hammams, a steam bath, various saunas and various treatment and massage rooms.

Activities
Beach/swimming facilities
The hotel is located in the first row by the sea and has its own 300-metre-long stretch of beach. The outdoor area has a total of 7500m² of pool area. There are also two heated indoor pools in the main building.
Sports facilities
The resort offers countless sports such as mini-football, table tennis, beach volleyball, squash, darts, boccia, basketball and much more.
