TUI BLUE Xanthe Resort
The TUI BLUE Xanthe in Side offers special football training facilities for sports teams as well as pools, water slides and a variety of activities. Guests can also expect comfortable rooms, first-class gastronomy and a spa.
My personal tip for you
The Xanthe offers a very professional training facility with a beautiful stadium and excellent natural grass pitches. Unlike most other Turkish training camp locations, Side is a well-established town and also has a lot to offer outside the hotel.
Training
The training complex, around 800 meters from the hotel, has a total of ten natural grass pitches, six main pitches (68 x 105 meters) and four secondary pitches (two 50 x 70 meters, one 50 x 90 meters and one 70 x 90 meters). The sports complex has a grandstand for 700 spectators, plus a total of four changing rooms and two VIP lounges.

Hotel
You will be welcomed in the spacious lobby area of the 5-star hotel, which has a total of 243 rooms spread over the main building and several three-storey residential pavilions. In addition to various stores and a hairdresser, the hotel also has a main restaurant with terrace, three à la carte restaurants, a modernized wellness area and a fitness room.
The 153 standard rooms and 90 family rooms (for up to four people) are modern and generously furnished. All rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe and a balcony or terrace. The family rooms have the character of an apartment due to the two separate bedrooms, each with a satellite TV. In terms of furnishings, however, they are similar to the standard rooms.
Map
The town of Side on the Turkish Riviera is located between Antalya and Alanya and is situated directly on the Mediterranean Sea. It belongs to the Manavgat district and has a long history as a former important port town. Arrival is via Antalya Airport, which is located about 60 kilometers west of the hotel in Side. The nearest towns near the resort are Kumköy (1km) and Side (7km). There is a bus station directly in front of the hotel (15-minute departure).

Wellness
The modern wellness area, with sauna and Turkish bath, is available to all guests free of charge. Special services such as massages must be paid for separately.

Social program
During your stay you should definitely visit the historic old town of Side, which is well worth seeing. It is idyllically situated on a small peninsula and offers numerous opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants and bars, even in the winter months.

We are happy to offer you various team-building activities such as a visit to the high ropes course near Antalya, rafting on the Manavgat River etc.
Regeneration
We offer the use of the wellness area and the hotel's own indoor pool for regeneration.
