Online settlement of consumer disputes

The European Commission provides a platform for the online settlement of consumer disputes (OS platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers. SOCCA Group companies will not participate in proceedings to resolve disputes before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) and are not obliged to do so.
