General information

These terms and conditions of use apply to all websites operated by the SOCCA Group, in particular socca.de, soccatours.com, fussballtrainingslager.com and any subpages as well as excerpts of these websites.

By using our websites you agree to our terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions of use not only explain the rights and obligations of visitors to our websites in detail. They also provide an insight into how we engage users of our websites with innovative and convenient services.

SOCCATOURS maintains the aforementioned websites in order to offer you the opportunity to check the flight and travel services offered by SOCCATOURS and to conclude contracts for flight, travel and other tourist services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Tourist Services”).

You can also use SOCCATOURS online services such as the SOCCATOURS trainings camp experts on the SOCCATOURS websites. Contracts concluded via SOCCATOURS websites are subject to additional terms and conditions (e.g. our General Terms and Conditions of Business, Travel and Insurance) which will be brought to your attention in each case. Partner products are only advertised and identified as such on SOCCATOURS websites; any contract for partner services is concluded exclusively with the partner offering the product.

Use

Without exception, the SOCCATOURS websites may only be used in accordance with the legal provisions, these terms and conditions of use and only for the aforementioned purposes. Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

SOCCATOURS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny users access to the SOCCATOURS websites or any part thereof without notice.

The SOCCATOURS websites are intended for personal use only. The Tourist Services of SOCCATOURS and third party providers such as travel insurers, car rental companies, tour operators, airlines etc. procured via the websites may not be resold, brokered or otherwise passed on to third parties by the user in return for payment.

The SOCCATOURS websites must not be used for speculative purposes, false or fraudulent bookings or block bookings.

The SOCCATOURS websites and their content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, sold, published or reproduced in any way by the user. However, a single copy may be made for private, non-commercial use.

The user bears full responsibility for all actions taken under his name and using his personal data on the SOCCATOURS websites.

The user warrants that all information he provides about himself and/or fellow travellers is true.

The foregoing provisions also apply to bulletin boards, blogs, chat rooms and other communication forums (collectively “forums”) on the SOCCATOURS websites. All forums are for public rather than private communications. Third party content in these forums is neither reviewed nor approved by SOCCATOURS prior to posting. SOCCATOURS reserves the right to remove without prior notice any content from forums posted or sent by users. In order to participate in forums, the user must confirm and accept the relevant terms and conditions of participation and set up a personal user account. For this purpose, the user must register on a one-off basis by entering the requested data in the input mask. He will then be given a password-protected user account. The authorization is valid only for the user personally – it is not transferable. The user is responsible for keeping his user name and password secret.

The user agrees not to violate applicable legal regulations or any contractual provisions when using the forums. In particular, the user shall ensure that the content he distributes does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights, personal rights, patent and trademark rights and other rights and that the applicable criminal laws and regulations for the protection of minors are observed. He shall ensure that no racist, Holocaust-denying, grossly offensive, pornographic, sexual or extremist content is disseminated and shall also refrain from disseminating any content which is harmful to minors, glorifies or trivializes violence, glorifies war, promotes a terrorist or extremist political organization, provides incitement to commit a criminal act, contains defamatory statements or is insulting, unsuitable for minors or of an otherwise criminal nature.

The user shall, upon first request, indemnify SOCCATOURS as well as its affiliated companies, partner companies and employees pursuant to §§ 15ff. of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz) from any third party claims (including the costs of an appropriate legal defence or prosecution) which are based on non-contractual, improper or otherwise illegal use of the SOCCATOURS websites and their contents by the user.

Copyright, trademarks, other intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the content may be used without the written permission of SOCCATOURS only for the purposes described in these terms and conditions of use or for the purposes set out in the text on the SOCCATOURS websites.

It is expressly prohibited to automatically collect, compare, distribute, extract or otherwise modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use (especially, but not exclusively, through the use of robots, spiders or other mechanisms) any data/content of the SOCCATOURS websites (including booking screen, text, images, audio or video files) for public or commercial purposes. In particular, data/content (including prices) may not be integrated into and displayed on third-party websites via interlinks, deep links or frames.

The names SOCCATOURS®, SOCCASHAPE® and all trademarks, logos and graphics of SOCCATOURS and other companies in the SOCCATOURS group on the SOCCATOURS websites are registered trademarks of SOCCA! Holding GmbH & Co. KG. The user does not receive any rights or licenses to use the trademarks of SOCCATOURS.

SOCCATOURS cannot guarantee that material displayed on SOCCATOURS websites will not infringe the rights of third parties.

SOCCATOURS shall pursue any infringement of its rights. It shall demand removal of the impairment (desistance if there is a risk of repetition) and assert claims for damages. Liability disclaimer

The information provided on the SOCCATOURS websites is non-binding. SOCCATOURS endeavours to ensure that the information on the SOCCATOURS websites is relevant and up to date. The information can change at any time.

SOCCATOURS gives no assurances regarding the information on the SOCCATOURS websites and assumes no warranty or liability for the accuracy of the information unless SOCCATOURS has provided inaccurate information as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. The same applies to the information provided by third parties (including car rental, hotel or tour operator partners) being up to date, accurate and complete.

Passport, visa and health requirements (e.g. mandatory vaccinations) apply exclusively to users who are citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For all other users, different regulations may apply in this context. Users should contact the consulate or diplomatic mission responsible themselves for more information.

SOCCATOURS expressly rejects any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of SOCCATOURS websites, unless these damages were caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of SOCCATOURS.

Software and apps

SOCCATOURS, its associated companies and/or its partner companies own all intellectual property rights in respect of the software that SOCCATOURS makes available for downloading from the websites and/or that otherwise operates on or in connection with the SOCCATOURS websites. Unauthorized use, duplication or distribution of such software is expressly prohibited.

Use of the software may be subject to a license agreement and other conditions. The user will be informed in detail about the necessity of such an agreement in advance. The user may not install, copy or use any software that is accompanied by or contains a license agreement without agreeing to the terms and conditions of the license agreement first.

If the holder of the intellectual property right does not require the conclusion of a license agreement, he hereby grants the user a personal, non-transferable right of use. This can be revoked at any time and extends exclusively to private use of the software for the purpose of accessing, displaying and contractually using the SOCCATOURS websites in accordance with these terms and conditions of use.

Liability for material defects and defects in title for the software shall only be accepted if this is legally required or expressly owed and, in any case, exclusively under the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

Any duplication of the software on other servers and/or data storage media for the purpose of further duplication is expressly prohibited. The same applies to tracing by reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling.

SOCCATOURS accepts no liability for software from third parties whose offerings are linked from the website. The license agreements of the third party providers apply to this software.

Links to the websites of other providers

SOCCATOURS websites may contain links to websites of other providers. SOCCATOURS accepts no liability for the functionality of the links or the content of linked and listed websites which are operated by other providers. If you use these websites you do so entirely at your own risk.

Data security and system requirements

SOCCATOURS uses the latest SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts all information entered before it is transferred to our secure servers. This ensures the security of your credit card details when booking and paying for Tourist Services. Please note that your browser must support SSL technology.
