The Sporthotel Kapfenberg is a tried and tested, very popular Austrian destination for summer and winter training camps, which regularly welcomes domestic and foreign first league teams and national teams. Please book early, as the contingents are usually fully booked very early.
Training
The Kapfenberg sports center is located directly at the hotel, the changing rooms are right next to the pitches. There is a heated artificial turf pitch (100x64 meters), a very well-kept natural grass pitch with floodlights, a smaller natural grass pitch for goalkeeper training, a running track and a fitness room with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment. Only professional teams are allowed to train in the Kapfenberg stadium. In the winter months (January-March), training takes place on the heated artificial turf pitch.

Hotel
The Sporthotel has a restaurant-café offering special sports buffets and menus, pasta dishes, Styrian home cooking and Austrian delicacies.
In addition, the hotel offers: a connecting corridor to the Kapfenberger Badewonne with indoor adventure pool, indoor sports pool 25 meters (five lanes), outdoor pool with heated sports pool 50 meters (eight lanes), athletics facility with eight running tracks as well as diving and throwing facilities. Two seminar rooms are available for meetings.

The 40 rooms are all equipped with shower/WC, TV with 26 channels, radio, minibar, telephone, Internet connection and desk with work lamp. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel also has a suite with bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower/WC, bathtub and hairdryer, telephone, fridge and TV and a private terrace of 40 square meters with a view of the stadium.

In the Kapfenberg bathing area, directly accessible via a connecting corridor, there is a 150 square meter fitness center with modern Techno-Gym strength and cardio equipment - free of charge for guests.

Also accessible via the connecting corridor is the Kapfenberg bathing area with indoor adventure pool (32°), sports pool (25 meters), indoor slide, outdoor pool and spacious wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, caldarium and tepidarium.
