Training

Training takes place primarily on the excellent natural grass pitch at Palazzolo - around four kilometers from the hotel.

SOCCATOURS training guarantee: thanks to the availability of pitches regardless of the weather and replacement options, your training is guaranteed whatever the weather.

Hotel

The family hotel in Tuscan style offers its guests space in 14 single, double or multi-bed rooms. A large restaurant and a small meeting room are also available - ideal for sociable evenings. In the summer months there is also a wonderful sun terrace. A large flat-screen TV with SKY-TV was purchased especially for our football teams, on which you can watch the Bundesliga.

Sandrà di Castelnuovo is conveniently located in the south-east of Lake Garda, around seven kilometers from the lake shore, and Verona can be reached by car in less than half an hour.

Lake Garda is only seven kilometers away and there are numerous beaches along the shore with bathing opportunities in the summer months.

Supporting program

The geographically favourable location near Lake Garda invites you to take a trip to the shores of the lake. Various theme parks, such as Gardaland, Sea Life Aquarium, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark or the Terme di Colà, are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We have negotiated special rates for you for Gardaland and the Sea Life Aquarium, please contact us if you are interested. We also recommend a visit to the beautiful city of Verona or a direct visit to the Hellas stadium. Here too, we will be happy to arrange tickets for you.

There are some beautiful hiking and running trails around the hotel. The area is also well-known for its mountain bike trails.

    Very satisfied, everything worked out wonderfully with SOCCATOURS. For better and earlier planning, it would be good to receive the voucher at least 1 week before the start of the training camp. Price / performance was right. Friendly staff (better English skills would have been good for better communication. Food for vegetarians could be more "creative", but all in all OK. Originally artificial turf pitches were desired. Training was on natural grass (but had been communicated beforehand). The pitches were a bit bumpy and uneven according to the season. Cabins and times for training were great. Test match opponent: SG Vöhringen. Playing strength was well chosen and referee was good. We were completely satisfied with the organization on site and there were no problems. Conclusion: We were satisfied with everything.

    Die Buchung bei SOCCATOURS verlief problemlos, auf alle Ansprüche wurde eingegangen und immer das Beste herausgeholt! Großes Lob hierfür! Unterkunft war für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung.
    Das Personal war total freundlich, allerdings war die Kommunikation teils etwas erschwert, da die Englisch-Kenntnisse des Personals sehr eingeschränkt waren. Aber alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Unsere Trainingsbedingungen waren super. Schwerpunkt war auf Naturrasen, da wir den Großteil der Spiele auf Naturrasen haben. Dies Wurde so gut wie möglich umgesetzt. Auch hier waren wir begeistert! Die Erreichbarkeit unserer Ansprechpartnerin war sehr gut, es war auch sehr von Vorteil, dass sie sehr gut deutsch sprechen konnte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir waren in Sandrà, welches nur ein kleines Örtchen war. Hier war das Angebot an Bars etc. nicht sehr groß, was wir aber schon wussten, weshalb es für uns nicht schlimm war. Wir hatten Halbpension mit Mittages

    Egal welche Fragen und Wünsche wir hatten, Herr Spenrath und Frau Bauhaus waren stets kompetente Ansprechpartner. Die Unterkunft war zwar schon etwas älter, jedoch super gepflegt. Die Küche war wie beschrieben hervorragend und das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und bemüht. Unsere Anliegen und Wünsche wurden zu jederzeit erfüllt. Der Trainingsplatz war zwar in 3 km Entfernung, jedoch konnten wir immer auf Rasen trainieren. Der Platz war für diese Jahreszeit in einem guten Zustand. Der Platz, welcher für das Vorbereitungsspiel zur Verfügung stand, war in einem noch etwas besseren Zustand. Trainiert wurden die Grundlagenausdauer und viele Trainingsformen mit dem Ball. Das Training konnte wie geplant stattfinden. Es gab ein Testspiel gegen den SV Neufrauenhofen 2, ein spielerisch in etwa gleich starker und vor allem sympathischer Gegner. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort Nicola war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und immer sehr bemüht. Wir waren einmal in der Therme Aquardens, welche sehr empfehlenswert ist

    Wir bekamen Hotelvorschläge, die aber nach zwei, drei Tagen, bis wir uns entschieden hatten, schon wieder ausgebucht waren. Zum Hotel: Das Essen hatte absolut höchstes Niveau. Man konnte sogar selbst Wünsche äußern, was man essen wollte. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wenig Deutschkenntnisse. Zimmer waren gut. Fitness- und Wellnessbereich gibt es im Hotel nicht. Training: Wir mussten zu jedem Training fahren. Entfernung zwischen 1 Kilometer und 10 Kilometer. Kunstrasen war gut, die beiden anderen Trainingsplätze nur mittelmäßig. Unsere Schwerpunkt haben wir auf Technik, Taktik und Spielformen gelegt. Hat gepasst. Ich denke, man kann alle Schwerpunkte auf diesen Anlagen durchführen. Trainingsspiel hatten wir gegen den ASV Eglfing. Hatten wir im Vorfeld schon vereinbart. Spielstärke war ok, wir spielen gleiche Klasse. Ergebnis 0:4. Es waren zwei Schiedsrichter vorhanden. Absolut top. Jeder der beiden war für eine Spielfeldhälfte zuständig. Damit war jeder der beiden bei strit
    conclusion: Overall, the training camp was very good. The food at the hotel was outstanding. All minor problems such as cabin occupancy at the friendly match etc. could be solved on site or were not so serious. It is always an advantage if the distances to the pitches are not too far or within walking distance. You do lose a lot of time if you have to drive every time.

    The rather long journeys to the soccer pitches were a bit annoying, but we knew that and will book differently in future. One thing that should definitely be mentioned, however, is that we were only provided with cabins for the friendly match after asking several times. It was raining cats and dogs and we stood outside for about 15 minutes. We were not allowed to use the available (and unlocked) cabins. Otherwise, everything was ok during the training match. As the training pitches were changed after almost every training session, we also had to transport all the training equipment. The weather was cool, but ok.
    conclusion: All in all, very good!
