Training

Training takes place on natural and artificial turf pitches in the surrounding area, on the natural turf in the Castelnuovo stadium (just under four kilometers away), the natural turf in Cavalcaselle (2.7 kilometers away) or the artificial turf pitch in Peschiera (just under five kilometers away).

Hotel

The hotel, which is ideal for sports teams, offers 153 rooms, a large fitness and wellness area, a conference area with all the necessary technical facilities, a large bar, an internet corner, a games room, several stores and spacious restaurants. The TV room with SKY TV and a stylishly furnished lounge are also perfect. In the nearby Active Hotel there is a coin-operated laundry and a dryer where you can wash your own training clothes at a reasonable price.

The rooms all have a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, flat screen TV, safe, internet access and air conditioning/heating.

Fitness

The large, very well-equipped fitness room has treadmills, ergometers, weights and various weight machines.

Wellness

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a beautiful sauna and wellness area with Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and Turkish steam bath.

The Parc Hotel in Castelnuovo del Garda is located near Lake Garda, about 15 minutes' drive from Sirmione. It is surrounded by an idyllic landscape of vineyards and nature, which provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There are numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area, including the Gardaland amusement park and the Caneva Aquapark water park.

The nearest airport (Verona) is less than a 30-minute drive away and Castelnuovo can be reached from Munich in four to five hours by car.

Beach/swimming

The hotel is located just two kilometers from Lake Garda and has an indoor and several outdoor pools, which can only be used in summer.

Nightlife

The hotel is rather quiet, but has a nice bar and lounges. Bars and discos are just a few minutes' drive away.

Social program

Various theme parks, such as Gardaland, Sea Life Aquarium, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark or the Terme Colà di Lazise are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We have negotiated special rates for you for Gardaland and the Sea Life Aquarium, please enquire with us. There is also a bowling center and a go-kart track in the vicinity. An absolute highlight is always a visit to league games of Hellas Verona, for example. We will be happy to organise tickets for you.

A sauna and the indoor pool offer the perfect place to relax.

Sports facilities

The resort is located right next to the Paradiso Golf Club in Peschiera, which is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda. We will be happy to organize a golf taster course for you on request. There is also a mini golf course and a basketball court right next to the resort.

Team building

Excursions to Lake Garda to Peschiera or Sirmione, a fast-paced kart race in Lonato South Garda Karting or at the indoor go-kart track in Affi, both just a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

    We would be happy to return to a training camp with SOCCATOURS at any time! Unfortunately, the artificial pitch in Peschiera was a bit too hard. We had two test matches, both of which met our expectations. Our contact person on site was Anna Perazzoli, who did a great job for us.

    Slightly more expensive than our last training camp in Croatia. Hotel buffet, but still with a slightly smaller selection and variety. For us, the transfer was also significantly more expensive due to the travel distance. Nevertheless, we have been booking for several years and everything has always been great. All training sessions were completed on natural grass with a short bus transfer. Training ground was already a bit worn from the presumably many teams before, but not too bad. Test match against VFB Pörnbach final score 1:1. Playing strength corresponded to ours, so well selected. Referee was also okay so far. Only our test match opponent was not correctly informed about the match date and it was therefore a bit stressful for them. Otherwise everything was fine. Anna was always to be found in the reception area. Training times were already fixed in advance (positive).

    Die Zimmer, Kunstrasenplätze, Betten und das Essen waren nicht optimal. Jedoch werden wir weiterhin mit SOCCATOURS zusammenarbeiten, weil hier eine große Vertrauensbasis mittlerweile besteht. Besten Dank. Optimale Betreuung vor Ort. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich für italienische Verhältnisse. Und der Kaffee war nicht sehr schmackhaft. Die Zimmerbetten waren sehr hart, Lärmpegel der anderen Vereine störte extrem die Nachtruhe. Ansonsten war das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und auch alles sehr gepflegt. Die Rasenplätze direkt am Hotel waren absolut klasse und gepflegt. Wir haben gegen den SV Kappel 4:0 gewonnen. Der Gegner war für uns auf Augenhöhe und es war ein sehr aufschlussreicher Test. Nur der Platz war in keinem guten Zustand. Der Schiedsrichter war sehr gut. Die Ansprechpartnerin Anna war permanent erreichbar - dies war sehr gut. Auch konnte Sie uns kurzfristig noch auf die gewünschten Rasenplätze umbuchen, nur die zwei Einheiten auf Kunstrasen konnten nicht mehr umgebucht werden.

    The booking process was a bit bumpy. this was because the new agent had no knowledge of written agreements with the previous agent. however, he was very committed and was able to find a satisfactory solution. on the one hand, we were very lucky with the date. because at the beginning the hotel was normally occupied. the last 2 days it was then very, very full. basically not a problem, if all athletes would stick to showering. great training conditions. technique, tactics, player opening, vertical play, standards were trained. all training could be carried out as planned on really very good grass. we went go-karting, everything went smoothly. the camp was great. however, the hotel should allow fewer teams or enforce a rule that training clothes are not allowed to enter the dining room.
