The artificial turf pitch in Manerba is in very good condition and meets FIFA standards. Modern structures in the main building and the second wing of the 4*-star hotel promise optimal conditions for a successful training camp.

Hotel
The hotel is family-run, which has a particularly positive effect on the ambience and cuisine (Italian home cooking). It has an excellent restaurant, a modern bar, a lounge, an Internet point and a large illuminated parking lot. Free WLAN Internet access is available throughout the hotel.

There is a small fitness room, but it only has a few pieces of equipment.

The hotel is just under a kilometer from Lake Garda and has a new indoor pool in the redesigned wellness area and a large outdoor pool.
Nightlife
Manerba itself is rather quiet, for night owls we recommend trips to the disco Art Club Madame Sisi and the club in the Ristorante Convento.
Sports facilities
There are several tennis courts next to the hotel and, depending on the time of year, all kinds of water sports are possible on the lake.
Team building
For team building, we recommend an indoor go-kart facility in Moniga, an outdoor go-kart track near Desenzano and a laser tag facility in Villanuova sul Clisi.
