In this cozy hotel, the boss personally looks after the guests. The restaurant and especially the pizzas are also very popular with the locals. The proximity to the shores of Lake Garda, the sports grounds of Sirmione and the thermal baths of Sirmione are further advantages of this destination.
Training
Training takes place at the training facility in Sirmione, just 1.6 km from the hotel. The facility offers an artificial pitch in good condition (100 x 60 m) and a well-maintained natural grass pitch (105 x 66 m).

Hotel
The hotel is a historic building from 1720, which first served as a customs house and then as a villa. Since 1948, the building has been gradually converted into a hotel and restaurant. The furnishings and design combine the history of the house with modern elements in a very cozy way. The hotel offers a pizzeria with a large guest garden, a fully equipped meeting room, a lounge, an outdoor pool (usable in summer) and ample parking.
Rooms
The hotel has a total of 28 rooms on two floors, including two single rooms, five triple rooms and one quadruple room, the remaining rooms are double rooms. All rooms are in good condition and have satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, bathroom with shower/hairdryer and WLAN Internet access.

Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the area offers an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. In addition, the historic center of Sirmione with its sights and the famous thermal baths can be reached in a few minutes. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the historic town of Sirmione, in the district of Lugana di Sirmione.
