My personal tip for you
The hotel is in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, making it an ideal retreat after intensive training sessions. The indoor pool, sauna and swimming lake in the immediate vicinity offer perfect opportunities for regeneration in all weather conditions. In combination with the well-kept sports facilities, the destination is an attractive overall package in my eyes.
Training
Training takes place at the sports facility 750 meters away on two natural grass pitches: the main pitch measuring 102 x 60 meters and the training pitch measuring 100 x 60 meters are almost identical.
Hotel
In addition to its location, the sports hotel boasts 108 spacious rooms and all guests benefit from a spacious terrace, a restaurant serving sports-friendly food and a separate lounge area.
All rooms are functionally furnished. In addition to a shower, bath and WC, almost all rooms have a balcony or terrace. All rooms are also equipped with a satellite TV, a safe and offer free WLAN internet access.

The hotel is quietly located on the outskirts of the Lower Bavarian community of Sonnen with its 1500 inhabitants. It is around eight kilometers to the state border with Upper Austria and around 28 kilometers and half an hour's drive to Passau. With its location at an altitude of almost 800 meters, the community is the highest in the district of Passau.

Popular destinations include the Böhmerwald high ropes park, the world-famous Penninger Blutwurz distillery and the paintball facility in Böhmerwald. Another insider tip is the western town of "Pullman City".
