Small, charming hotel in typical old building style in the tranquil town of Cittiglio, near the Swiss border. The main training ground is within walking distance and therefore easy to reach. After our personal visit on site, we are happy to pass this tip on to you!
Training
The natural grass pitch in the village of Cittiglio is available for training sessions. It is within walking distance and offers the basis for successful training sessions. In bad weather, the natural or artificial turf in neighboring Laveno-Mombello can be used, which can be reached within 8 minutes by car.

Hotel
The Hotel La Bussola in Cittiglio is a simple but very charming hotel in an old building style. The many rooms and the very good food in the hotel's own restaurant make it very interesting for sports teams. The hotel staff already has a lot of experience with cycling groups and is therefore well prepared. The Cittiglio train station directly opposite can be reached by train from Milan, which is why arriving from Switzerland by train is also possible without any problems.
Rooms
Well-kept, charming single, double or three- to four-bed rooms with private bathroom/shower, desk, flat-screen TV and some with a small fridge. Some rooms also have a balcony.

The location of the village of Cittiglio is close to the Swiss border and therefore perfect for a short journey.

Nightlife
The town of Cittiglio itself is rather quiet, but there are a few restaurants in the area that invite you to linger.

- 4 x 90 minutes on a natural grass pitch (training guaranteed in case of bad weather)

Other information
A deposit of CHF 50 per person must be paid on site by credit card or cash, which will be settled and refunded by the hotel at the end of the training camp.
