This destination impresses with its location directly on the Adriatic Sea with the finest sandy beach. The owners want to establish the facility and Lignano as a whole as a sports destination, which is why a lot is being invested in the sports infrastructure. This facility is also predestined for youth teams, as it offers affordable prices and is easily manageable for coaches and supervisors due to its compact design as a self-contained village. It is also ideal for clubs and (youth) teams that want to combine training camps and vacations in the summer, for example.
Training
There is an artificial turf pitch (UEFA and FIFA certified, 100x64 meters) laid in 2019 in the complex (in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation). There are also three small, older artificial turf pitches (fun courts) spread across the complex. Directly adjacent to the village within walking distance is a natural grass pitch laid in 2020. The Lignano stadium complex is also located around two and a half kilometers away. In addition to the natural grass pitch (105x68 meters) in the stadium, there is also a well-maintained artificial turf pitch (100x60 meters). In the winter months, training takes place almost exclusively on the artificial turf pitches in the village and at the stadium, depending on the weather also on natural grass.

Hotel
The Bella Italia EFA Village consists of several buildings, has a total of around 3,000 beds and houses several restaurants as well as several meeting rooms for five to 1,200 people. Our teams are accommodated centrally on the site in the largest building complex, as the meeting rooms and restaurant are located in the same building. The Village also offers a launderette (with coins) for your own use.
Rooms
Accommodation is mainly in triple, quadruple and five-bed rooms. Single and double rooms can only be booked in limited numbers.
Fitness
There is a large fitness center in the indoor swimming pool, around 50 meters from the accommodation.
Wellness
The complex has a large indoor swimming pool with 25 and 50-metre pools. Swimming options must be discussed in advance, as the swimming pool is in high demand from swimming camps (for a fee).
Map
Lignano-Sabbiadoro is a peninsula on the upper Adriatic, located between Trieste and Venice, and is particularly popular as a seaside resort in summer.
The town is easily accessible from Germany and western Austria via the Tauern highway and from eastern Austria via the southern highway, similar to the journey to Slovenia or Croatia.
Activities
Beach/swimming facilities
The Village has a wide, kilometre-long, gently sloping sandy beach for Village guests only, as well as a 25-metre and a 50-metre indoor swimming pool.
Supporting program
The three largest cities in the area are Venice, Trieste and Udine, each of which can be reached in around an hour's drive. The Aquasplash water park in Lignano is also very popular in the summer months.
Sports facilities
The village has a large sports hall for football, basketball and handball. There are other sports facilities for football(calcetto), (beach) volleyball, tennis, field field hockey, table tennis and archery spread around the complex. Equipment for sailing, surfing and many other water sports can also be hired. The sports available naturally depend on the time of year.
Team building
For team building, we recommend trying out alternative sports (beach football, beach volleyball, archery, basketball, etc.) or visiting a go-kart track around 15 minutes' drive away.
