My personal tip for you
This destination is characterized by its short distances: the football pitch and outdoor pool are in the immediate vicinity of the guest house, the town center is just a few minutes' walk away and the sunny but temperate summer climate in the Waldviertel makes it an ideal location for preparation.
Training
About 50 meters away is a natural grass pitch (95 x 60 meters) with floodlights, changing rooms and sanitary facilities.

Hotel
The guest house has a dining room, a total of 62 beds, a lounge with TV, DVD player, slide projector and flip chart, guest fridge. The garden offers a barbecue area, a playground, a table tennis table and a beach volleyball court.
Rooms
The 62 beds are divided into one single room, two double rooms, two triple rooms, two four-bed rooms, three six-bed rooms and three eight-bed rooms. All rooms are equipped with a shower, the WC is partly located in the corridor.
Map
The guest house is surrounded by the river Thaya in the Waldviertel in the northwest of Lower Austria. Directly adjacent is a terrace bath, which can be reached via its own access. The center of the nice village with its beautiful old town is only a few minutes' walk away.

Beach/swimming facilities
Right next to the accommodation there is a terrace bath/outdoor pool with direct access. Another bath in Drosendorf is the Thayabad, approx. 150 meters away.
Supporting program
The region is known for its numerous castles, fortresses and abbeys, which are well worth a visit.
Sporting activities
Canoeing and kayaking on the Thaya, extensive hiking/running trails, football, beach volleyball and tennis courts in the immediate vicinity, golf course nearby.
